Keltek Safety Apparel Return Policy

All returns and exchanges are subject to approval from Keltek Safety Apparel.

To Initiate a Return or Exchange

  1. Complete the return authorization form to obtain a return authorization number.

Guidelines for Returns and Exchanges

  • Garments may be returned or exchanged within 30 days of the purchase date.
  • Garments must be unwashed, unworn, and unaltered.
  • Credit cannot be issued for personalized cresting, laundry labels, freight, or handling charges.
  • Stock items, if shipped as ordered and accepted as a return, are subject to a 5% restocking fee.

Custom Garments

  • Custom-sized or custom-styled garments cannot be canceled, returned, refunded, or replaced once the order is placed.

Returns for Repair

All returns for repair require a return authorization in advance.

To Obtain a Return Authorization

  1. Complete the return authorization form.
  2. Send the completed form to our order desk at Orderdesk@keltek.ca.

Keltek will evaluate each request to determine if the product is eligible for repair or replacement. Once the determination is made, you will receive a return authorization number and instructions on how to return the item.

Important

  • The return authorization number must be clearly written on the outside of the package.
  • Shipment of garments covered by the Keltek warranty will be paid for by Keltek, but only if accompanied by the required return authorization.
  • All garments must be clean before being returned. Items that arrive unwashed may be subject to a cleaning fee, delayed, or rejected at Keltek’s discretion.
