Return Process

Garments may be returned to Keltek for inspection, repair, exchange, or credit by following these steps:

1. Fill out this Return Authorization (RA) Form in its entirety and email to orderdesk@keltek.ca to obtain an RA Number.
2. Once a number is issued, place the RA Form in the box with the item(s) being returned and write the RA Number on the outside of the box.
3. Return the authorized item(s) to Keltek Safety Apparel, 195 Mountain St. S., Morden, MB R6M 1R8.
4. Our Customer Service Team will process your request.
